. Laughter lowers blood pressure, helps fight disease and can reduce pain.

  • Laughing increases oxygen in the tissues and muscles as well as works the muscles in your face and stomach.

  • Analysts found that subsequent to viewing 60 minutes in length video of droll parody the "common executioner cells," which search out and pulverize dangerous cells, all the more effectively assaulted tumor cells in test tubes. These impacts endured as long as 12 hours.

  • William Fry, a laughter researcher, found it took 10 minutes on a paddling machine for his pulse to achieve a similar dimension as one minute of laughing did.
